Emails, and notifications, can be sent in multiple ways in Site App Pro. You can email your completed forms directly to an email address. They receive a PDF copy of it. These can be set up to be received automatically whenever a particular form is completed, or if it relates to a specific site. For example, if you want a client to receive an email for each form completed on their jobsite. We also have automated email notifications for tasks, certificate expiry and a lot more.
If you have a visitor coming on site that does not have access to Site App Pro, they can simply scan a physical QR code on site, and prompt them to enter their details, and if needed, complete a pre-start. All of their visits are recorded and stored. This can be done via a designated tablet kiosk, or through their own device. You can also customise what they see based on whether they say they are a visitor, a subcontractor, or an employee.
