What is Site App Pro?

Site App Pro is a digital health and safety solution. It comprises of 2 parts: A mobile app (iOS & Android) which is used to record health and safety information. A web-based 'Administration' console. This is used for managing your health and safety and viewing reports.

Who uses Site App Pro?

Businesses who are serious about the Health & Safety of their workers, from a wide range of different business types including Residential, Commercial, Group Homes, Civil, Plumber, Electrician, Consultant, Workshop, Labour Hire, Events, Maintenance, and Administration.

When can I expect payment?

Once your clients payment has been received, you can expect payment on the 20th of the following month.

When can I access my Clients account?

You will be given access to your clients account once they have subscribed to a plan.

Support can be accessed by emailing support@siteapppro.com, visiting the knowledge base at support.siteapppro.com, or using the help bot in the administration console on the bottom right-hand side.

How do I set up my Client's accounts in Site App Pro?

Once your Client has signed up you will be given a login to their individual account and you will also be able to view them from your Group. You can then switch between accounts from your one email login.

How much does Site App Pro cost?

Site App Pro offers transparent pricing plans with no hidden costs, set-up fees, or contracts. Special pricing is available for large operators with multiple sites. Visit the pricing page for details.

How do I get started using Site App Pro?

You can start with a free 14 day trial or request an online demo. Once you are satisfied, choose a payment plan and enter your credit card details. There are no set-up costs, contracts, or hidden costs.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Site App Pro offers offline functionality to ensure that you can continue using the platform even when you're in areas with limited or no internet connectivity. The system will automatically sync your data once you're back online.

Does everyone need access?

It depends on how you plan to use the system, but for COR compliance, yes. In some cases, businesses may share a device, but it is strongly encouraged that everyone uses their own devices for better business visibility.
