Refer a mate terms and conditions
*By participating in the Refer a Mate Program, both the Referrer (the existing customer) and the Referred Customer (the mate) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Referrer: To qualify as a Referrer, you must be an active, paying, and current Site App Pro customer with an account. The Referred Customer: The Program is open to any new business signing up for a paid Site App Pro subscription. Former Site App Pro customers who choose to rejoin the platform are eligible to be referred, provided they do not have an active subscription at the time of the referral. The referral reward is calculated based on the subscription tier (the "rate") of the Referred Customer relative to the Referrer's subscription tier. Equal Tier Referral: If the Referred Customer signs up for a subscription plan of equal or greater value than the Referrer’s current plan, the Referrer will receive two (2) months of their Site App Pro subscription completely free. Lesser Tier Referral (Pro-Rata): If the Referred Customer signs up for a subscription plan of lesser value than the Referrer’s current plan, the Referrer’s reward will be calculated on a pro-rata basis relative to the value of the Referred Customer's plan.
The release of the Referral Reward is dependent on the payment term chosen by the Referred Customer:
Monthly Subscriptions
For Referred Customers who sign up on a monthly billing cycle: The Referred Customer must remain an active, paying subscriber for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months. Once the third month's payment is successfully processed, the Referrer’s account credit (up to 2 months free) will be applied to their next subsequent billing cycle(s).
Annual Subscriptions
For Referred Customers who sign up on an annual billing cycle: The Referrer will become eligible for their reward (up to 2 months free) immediately after the Referred Customer’s annual upfront payment has been successfully processed. The credit will be applied to the Referrer's next billing cycle (or credited toward their next annual renewal, if applicable).
Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are applied solely as account credits against future Site App Pro subscription fees. If either the Referrer or the Referred Customer cancels their subscription before the qualification period is met (e.g., 3 months for monthly plans), the referral reward is forfeited. This offer can be modified, suspended or terminated by Site App Pro at any time without prior notice.
