Hi there! I'm a seasoned professional in the mobile app development sector, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that make a real impact. With over a decade of experience in the industry, I've honed my skills as a developer, tech lead, practice lead, and now as an engineering manager.

Throughout my career, I've been recognised for my contributions and achievements. I've won Employee of the Year in my previous company, Roam Digital, two years in a row (2021 & 2022), and in 2020 I was honoured as the Tribe Member of the Year. Additionally, in 2017, I was awarded Innovator of the Year for my work in developing computer vision technology for a health-sector app. I have extensive experience in developing fintech apps and am proud of the impact my work has had in this area.

As an engineering manager, I currently lead a talented team of developers across New Zealand and Australia, and I'm dedicated to supporting their professional growth and development. Whether in person or remotely, I'm committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where my team can thrive and achieve their best work.
