Procore + Site App Pro, better together.

Step 1

Install the app by navigating to the Procore Marketplace.

Step 2

Search for Site App Pro.

Step 3

Install the app.

Step 4

Click on Install then on the Add Permitted Projects screen, DO NOT select any Projects, click add.

Step 5

Add the permissions by clicking on Core Tools > Permissions

Step 6

Create a Global Permissions Template that will be applied to all the Projects by first choosing, Project Permissions Templates.

Then click on Create Project Permissions Template and Choose “Project (Global) - Assignable to All Projects”.

‍You may name your template anything, as long as you can find it again.

Step 7

1. Ensure that the permissions are set as follows:
a. Admin – Admin
b. Directory – Read Only
c. Documents – Standard
d. Daily Log – Admin

Note: You do not need to put a tick in the boxes that may appear when you clickon Directory or Documents.

When you view the Permissions tab under App Management view of Site App Pro, the permissions will display as follows:

To apply this template to your Procore account, navigate to the Core Tools > Directory

Step 10

Edit the user beginning site-app-pro and scroll down past Company Permissions Templates to Project Settings.  Ensure both boxes are ticked and then click on “Select Default Template”.

Step 11

Choose the template you created and click Apply.

Step 12

The default permissions template will now display the correct template.

The permissions are now set for any new Projects added in Procore.

If you need to apply the template to existing Projects in Procore, that you will be adding to SiteApp Pro, navigate back to the App Management menu. Click on View and then the Permissions tab.

Select the Projects you want to import into Site App Pro with this template.

Set-up on Procore is now complete.  You now need to complete a couple of steps in Site App Pro.
