Group your safety forms into connected, end-to-end processes that guide your crew through the job safely. Instead of managing disconnected forms, you can link one form to the next.
At Site App Pro, we believe in the power of people. That’s why our partners are at the heart of what we do, helping businesses streamline safety processes while growing their own success.
We have an amazing support team dedicated to helping you and your business succeed with Site App Pro and answer any questions you may have.
Assign mobile site orientation training, build toolbox talks, training forms and store certifications that give you visibility of your workers’ current and expiring credentials across Australian construction sites.
Streamline your training forms in one platform. Admins can build specialized training tasks, toolbox talks, assign training logs to entire crews, and training records. Automated expiry notifications alert you to renew certifications, credentials and licenses, giving you that true peace of mind that nothing is missed.
Workers can complete site orientations, review safe work practices (SWPs) or safe job procedures (SJPs), and take safety quizzes straight from their safety app. Supervisors can easily verify certifications for high-risk work like heavy machinery operations, working at heights, or within hazardous environments to keep everyone protected.
Site App Pro enables your team to complete site inductions digitally through the mobile site induction app, allowing them to instantly acknowledge hazards, medical protocols, and emergency assembly points. If an induction requires in-depth site training, you can easily embed training videos directly into your training forms. Once a worker finishes their induction, the system automatically logs the completion straight into their training history.
Reduce the admin pressure of chasing your team to complete training. With Site App Pro, you can seamlessly assign mandatory training forms to an entire group or specific workers, overseeing completion rates for everyone. Schedule these tasks in advance so your team can complete their learning independently through their app or together with their supervisor.
Don’t let expired licenses and unverified certifications stall work on site. Site App Pro stores and tracks competencies and first aid certificates under individual worker profiles, triggering automated alerts before they expire. At the same time, you can log and manage temporary, daily site permits so that it is clear to everyone on the tools that approval has been given to complete high-risk jobs.
Transform manual record-keeping into a live database for your team or located directly under each worker’s profile. You can use Site App Pro to log operational skills for high-risk machinery, confined spaces, asbestos removal, scaffolding, and traffic control - including years of experience, competency levels, and uploaded licenses. By categorising safety forms, SOPs, and completed training quizzes, the platform builds a history of safety activity.
Run digital toolbox talks from any device with Site App Pro. Schedule weekly safety topics straight to your team’s mobile safety app, capture worker acknowledgments using digital signatures, and generate an attendance report in seconds. It eliminates paperwork and gives you an audit-ready compliance log to hand directly to auditors, keeping your jobsites connected and compliant.

COR auditors look for evidence that workers are trained before performing tasks, certifications are current, and training needs are identified proactively. Site App Pro provides a complete training register with full audit history, expiry tracking, and automated notifications - reducing the time required to compile evidence before each audit cycle.
Before a permit is issued for high-risk work (confined space, hot work, excavation) Site App Pro can verify that the worker holds the required training and competency. This connects the permit approval process to actual workforce qualification data, rather than relying on a supervisor's memory or a paper-based check.
Yes, training and orientation requirements can be applied to contractors and subcontractors as well as direct employees. This ensures that regardless of employment relationship, every person working on your sites meets the same qualification and orientation standards before they begin.
A toolbox talk is a short safety briefing held with your crew before work starts. It covers a specific hazard, task, or procedure relevant to that day or week. They're one of the most effective ways to keep safety front of mind on site.
Use a scheduled toolbox talk form in Site App Pro that has a repeat signature section so every worker signs off in their safety app. You can automatically rotate a new safety document or video into each session and ensure attendance is captured, stored, and reported.
Yes, attach any certificate to a worker's profile with its issue and expiry dates, and Site App Pro will flag it when it's coming up for renewal. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 cards work the same way as any other competency or permit. There's no dedicated OSHA 10/30 field, but the certificate register handles them like anything else.
